Position Overview:
The Financial Secretary is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records of all receipts and expenditures of the Church, categorized by budget items. This role involves preparing semi-annual and annual financial reports, recording individual member contributions from offering envelopes, and mailing contribution statements to members by January 31 each year.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Experience handling financial documentation preferred
